Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, quotations, invoices, and customer records.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and payment status.
• Coordinate internally with Production, Planning, Stores, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and monthly performance reports.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update sales data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers for new enquiries and support the overall sales process.
