SALES COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Answer phone and email inquiries promptly, explain property facilities, and host site tours when managers are away.
• Administrative Support: Prepare accurate proposals, group contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Database & CRM Management: Update client files and log daily traces or bookings using property systems.
• Lead Generation: Research corporate accounts and assist with outbound prospecting or telemarketing activities.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Distribute event sheets and updates to front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or marketing.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or hotel experience.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel property management tools.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Chinese & English with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
