Sales Coordinator

• Full time - permanent
• 5 days Office hours

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments to support the sales and order fulfilment process
• Process sales orders, quotations, credit notes, billing and procurement documentation
• Coordinate order fulfilment, delivery and provisioning to ensure orders are completed on time
• Prepare and issue quotations to customers promptly
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels
• Provide post-sales and administrative support, including order processing and project registration
• Prepare sales-related reports, revenue forecasts and analysis
• Support the Sales Team on order status, provisioning and deployment
• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, including required documents, pricing information and submission deadlines
• Perform other sales coordination and administrative duties as assigned
