Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is currently looking for a highly organized and pro-active SALES COORDINATOR to provide support to sales team, coordinate sales team and maintains good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Managing schedules, appointments and calendars for the sales team

• Processing orders and managing customer inquiries

• Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas need for improvement

• Ensuring sales team members have the necessary resources and materials needed

• Provides after sales support

• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes

• May assist on new on-boarding sales staff

About You: The ideal candidate must have the following:

• A graduate of any business-related course

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks

• Knowledgeable on clerical and administrative procedures and system

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• With good analytical skills and an excellent problem solver

• A strong team player
