Sales Coordinator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or sales coordination.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Job Highlights:

• Process and issue sales orders in the ERP system accurately and on time.
• Maintain customer records and update reports accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor and follow up on orders, deliveries, samples, and other customer requirements to ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and other relevant updates to customers.
• Support the respective zonal manager with daily coordination and administrative activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and update monthly reports and customer data using Microsoft Excel.
• Escalate customer concerns and issues to the appropriate teams for resolution when necessary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
