Job Summary
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, providing after-sales support
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining records of dispatch summary of Customer
- Making Order Sheet
- Maintaining Customer Data Sheet
- To send dispatch detail to customer
- Maintaining Dispatch Details
- Follow up for vehicle status whether it has reached at destination on timer or not
- Follow up for Purchase Order and Schedule
- To Send Quotation Every Month for New rates
- To send Performa Invoice to customer
- Looking after New customer Enquiry
- Looking after customers query and coordinating with concern department
- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Making Sales & pending Order Reports
- Payment Follow ups
