Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will play an important role in managing and supporting our field sales operations across assigned branches in the Luzon Area. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and results-oriented professional who can effectively supervise promodisers, monitor sales performance, address field concerns, and ensure excellent in-store execution.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support promodisers across assigned branches.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, attendance, and inventory levels.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend appropriate actions to improve results.
• Conduct regular store visits to check product displays and in-store execution.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotions, campaigns, and company guidelines.
• Address concerns raised by promodisers, branch managers, and other store personnel.
• Coordinate with Key Managers and store management regarding sales and operational concerns.
• Monitor product availability and identify opportunities to improve sales and product visibility.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales and field activity reports.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure that agreed actions and targets are properly implemented.

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Retail, Field Sales, or Sales Coordination.
• Experience handling promodisers or field personnel is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly proactive, results-oriented, and accountable.
• Able to manage multiple branches, accounts, and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Willing to conduct regular field work and store visits.
• Willing to travel within the assigned Luzon Area.
• Computer literate and capable of preparing basic sales and monitoring reports.
