Sales Coordinator

About the role

Working from our Kumeū office, you'll be involved in the sales process from the moment a customer first contacts us. You'll be an important part of our sales team – talking with customers, responding to new enquiries, preparing quotes, following up opportunities and helping our mobile sales team convert more enquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to new customer enquiries by phone, email and online channels
• Talking with customers and helping determine the right robotic mowing solution for their property
• Qualifying incoming sales leads
• Preparing and sending quotations
• Following up customers and outstanding quotes
• Booking site visits and demonstrations for our mobile sales team
• Managing and allocating incoming leads
• Keeping customer information, sales opportunities and follow-up tasks up to date in HubSpot
• Supporting our sales representatives while they're out on the road
• Helping with sales paperwork and customer communication

About you

• Confident and friendly on the phone
• Comfortable talking to customers and asking questions
• Naturally sales and customer focused
• Organised and good at following things through
• Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• A good communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Able to juggle multiple customers and priorities
• Reliable, positive and a genuine team player
• Previous experience in sales, sales support, customer service, account management or a similar customer-facing role would be ideal
