What they need
- Handle and process PO, DO, Invoice and price quotation.
- Prepare shipping and inform delivery schedule and ensure shipments meet customers.
- Attend to customer sales inquiries via phone, email and walk in to assist their needs.
- Liaise with the sales team to update on new product quotation, order status and delivery tracking.
- Perform administrative duties, including documentation and update summaries.
