Sales Coordinator

About the role

Provide support to ensure smooth operation and efficient running of the office of Group Chief Commercial Officer/Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and tracking key deadlines
• Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, booking meeting rooms, and handling visitor arrangements
• Provide relevant administration and support to the sales team
• Assist sales team in preparing quotations and sales proposals
• Maintain proper filing of sales-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and approvals
• Manage internal sales WhatsApp groups, email distribution lists, and contact records
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties on behalf of the sales team as needed
• Handle day-to-day administrative duties and provide ad hoc support to the Sales leadership and team members as directed

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective team collaboration and customer engagement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Malaysian citizen
