FEMALE SALES COORDINATOR WANTED (WORK FROM HOME / HYBRID)

Join Protect Seal Insulation Contracting Co. LLC SOC, a growing waterproofing and insulation specialist in the UAE! We are expanding our team and looking for a driven, results-oriented female professional.

Position: Female Sales Coordinator

Salary: AED 1,500 - 2,000 / month + High Commission

Location: UAE (Remote with occasional meetings/site coordination)

Job Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to new potential clients across the UAE.
• Client Communication: Promptly answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Proposal Management: Draft and dispatch formal quotations & company profiles.
• Deal Closing: Consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Technical Coordination: Organize site visits and client meetings for the team.
• Sales Tracking: Maintain clear daily logs of leads, calls, and conversions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English (Strong verbal and written communication).
• Prior UAE experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (Preferred).
• Knowledge of construction, waterproofing, or insulation is a major advantage.
• Tech-savvy: Strong command of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic web tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independent remote work.
• Currently residing in the UAE (Female candidates preferred).
