Sales Coordinator

JOB LOCATION: 2176 Primo Rivera St., Barangay La Paz, Makati City

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible in supporting the sales personnel and in coordinating sales related activities such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calculates pricing, discount and creates and maintains price list;
• Analyzes the requirements during Request for Quotation (RFQ) based on Bill of Quantity (BOQ);
• Forecasts materials, resources budgets and provides Standard Quotations and project quotations;
• Collaborates with Design, Sales Manager and Sales Coordinators on orders;
• Provides technical consultative service to Sales team members on specified projects;
• Coordinates with Sales Managers and Project Consultant;
• Responsible in ordering system control / leadtime follow up;
• Follows up open payments with clients and coordinates purchase and delivery time with factory;
• Coordinates with the Sales team by managing schedule, filing important documents and communicating relevant information;
• Handles the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness;
• Maintains files and records with effective systems;
• Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status to all participants;
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree graduate
• With interpersonal skills, such as active listening, empathy, and resilience.
• Advanced/High level MS Excel and analytical skills
• With good communication skills
