SALES COORDINATOR

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining accurate records, assisting with reports, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal departments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance monitoring documents.
• Coordinate client inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance.
• Monitor sales activities, targets, and deadlines.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, events, and dealership activations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of sales-related requirements.
• Provide support during out-of-town events, dealership activations, and other sales activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• With experience in sales coordination, administration, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel for out-of-town events and dealership activations.
