Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to enhance our operations and logistics management. In this role, you'll collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless order processing and efficient inventory management, while facilitating effective communication between our sales and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate daily retail sales operations, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, ensuring timely communication with the warehouse team regarding availability and order fulfillment.
• Facilitate smooth communication between sales and warehouse teams to optimize daily operations and address any issues that may arise.

Logistics Coordination:

• Assist in coordinating international shipping logistics, including preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Work with shipping partners to schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical challenges that may arise.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping processes and best practices to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Payment Processing:

• Assist in confirming and processing payments for retail transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the GP accounting system.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies in payment entries and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable for retail/Auction operations, ensuring that all transactions are documented and processed accurately.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide support for special projects and initiatives within the retail and logistics departments as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, contributing to a positive team environment and enhancing overall performance.
