About the role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the daily activities of the sales team
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments
- Handle documentation, filing, and record management
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Track orders from placement through delivery and resolve any issues
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service
- Knowledge of sales processes and order management systems
