ROLE TITLE: Sales Coordinator

REPORTING: Sales Head - India

LOCATION: Mumbai BKC

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and business decks for the sales department.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, marketing, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities.
• Act as a point of contact for clients for follow-ups, documentation, and coordination.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
• Track pending tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and other required documentation.
• Support in scheduling meetings and coordinating client visits.
• Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, business support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
