Sales Coordinator

About the role

This role supports the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and product availability coordination. You will manage delivery schedules, inventory checks, and invoice documentation, while maintaining and updating client records, contracts, and account information in CRM or ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and product availability
• Coordinate delivery schedules, inventory checks, and invoice documentation
• Maintain and update client records, contracts, and account information in CRM or ERP systems
• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding products, pricing, and order status
• Relay client feedback and concerns to the sales team and relevant departments for resolution
• Prepare and send follow-up emails, promotional materials, and proposals as needed
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline summaries, and order tracking updates
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics and highlight gaps or opportunities
• Organize and schedule sales meetings, training sessions, and client presentations
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and product launches

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in coordinating with logistics or supply chain is a plus
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
