  • Provide ongoing internal and external communication throughout the privileging, booking, and assignment process.
  • Develop a strong understanding of provider and client needs while supporting the daily operations of assigned Recruiting Consultants and accounts.
  • Assist the Accounting team in resolving provider pay and client invoice questions, including service records, bonuses, prorates, overtime, and travel-related items.
  • Coordinate confirmation, service record, and expense report support with the Service Coordinator team.
  • Update, maintain, and distribute sales division reports, daily lead activity reports, and monthly client reports.
  • Manage daily activity distribution, service record reminders, and team announcements through email and internal communication platforms.
  • Coordinate the distribution and collection of provider documentation, including certificates of insurance, licensing letters of intent, and 1099 forms.
  • Support recruiting efforts by adding new healthcare providers to the database.
  • Coordinate provider and client gifts in support of the Moments That Matter initiative.
  • Provide out-of-office email coverage for Recruiting Consultants.
  • Serve as an administrative point of contact for division needs, including scheduling meetings and coordinating team lunches.
  • Partner across CORE divisions to support client and internal initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one year of experience in a support, administrative, coordination, or related role preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with teammates, healthcare providers, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, creative-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project coordination or project management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to assist, direct, and coordinate effectively with others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong Excel skills
