Sales coordinator

• Perform clerical duties pertaining to business transaction, including processing customer’s orders, issues orders to vendor , receiving goods from vendors, Letter of credit arrangements , shipping document preparation, billing of goods to customers, scheduling deliveries and payment reminder.

• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. Response and provide timely reply to customer.

• Supporting account software on necessary data entry and perform processing when required.

• Collaborating closely with team members to ensure smooth operation, efficient communication, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

• Perform simple bookkeeping duties maintaining transactional documents and related documents, including their disposal when necessary.

Required Skill

• Diploma in related field
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Computer literacy including basic word processing knowledge -Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Strong sense of responsibility, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
• Good verbal and written in communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages

Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Working Day and Hour

Mon-Fri 8.30PM to 5.30PM
