Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating with Channel Partners (CPs), addressing their queries, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to support the sales process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain regular communication with Channel Partners (CPs) regarding project updates, inventory, pricing, and offers.
• Resolve channel partner queries and provide timely support to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and track CP leads, bookings, and documentation.
• Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of channel partner interactions, MIS, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as CRM, Finance, and Marketing for issue resolution and process flow.
• Ensure timely sharing of sales-related communication, circulars, and updates with channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to enhance business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination / channel partner coordination, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
