SALES FIELD COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and results-oriented Sales Field Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting and monitoring field sales operations across assigned areas. The successful candidate will conduct regular field visits, coordinate with sales personnel and branches, monitor merchandising and inventory activities, and prepare accurate operational reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least College Level; preferably a college graduate.
• Must have complete basic employment requirements.
• At least 5 months to 1 year of experience in sales coordination, fieldwork, retail operations, merchandising, or a related role is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Sales Field Coordinator is highly preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of conducting daily fieldwork and travel.
• Willing to travel within NCR, Rizal, and other nearby areas of Bulacan, depending on the assigned schedule.
• Preferably with own motorcycle and a valid driver's license; required for regular field assignments.
• Knowledge of merchandising principles, product placement, and retail execution.
• Knowledge and/or experience in inventory monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate, complete, and timely reports.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and other reporting templates.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Hardworking, flexible, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple field assignments.
• Willing to work full-time.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
