Sales Coordinator

About the role

Lead new product briefings on behalf of the sales team to introduce new offerings to customers. Act as the main point of contact for both existing and new customers, ensuring excellent communication and ongoing engagement. Develop a strong understanding of printing materials, including paper types, colors, and finishing options, to provide informed recommendations. Work closely with the production team to monitor order status, manage delivery schedules, and ensure smooth shipments. Adhere to company-certified systems, industry regulations, and customer-specific requirements to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate impactful product briefings to introduce new offerings to customers

About you

• Sales coordination or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to support business interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Team-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proactive and organized
• Basic computer literacy required to manage daily tasks efficiently
