Prop.Guru is a real estate technology and advisory company in India that helps people buy, sell, and resell residential properties through a digital platform (PROHO) and a network of brokers or channel partners.

Job Title: Sale Coordinator Immediate Joiner

Experience Required: 6 Months -5 Year

Location: Noida Extension

Industry: Proptech/ Real Estate/ FinTech / Edtech

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to channel partners and potential clients.
• Handle high-volume cold and warm calls to share and update resale inventories.
• Source residential units for sale from channel partners.
• Reactivate inactive channel partners and maintain strong relationships.
• Generate leads, identify prospects, and qualify potential opportunities.
• Follow up on leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate call records, feedback, and reports in the CRM system.
• Upload and update call logs and feedback regularly.
• Explain and promote the Proho application to channel partners and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and sourcing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 months to 5 year of experience in Real Estate/ FinTech / Edtech
• Proven experience as a Tele caller or Sales Representative.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Comfortable working with CRM software.
• Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.
