Sales- Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.

• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

• Responds to any inquiries from the customer.

• HMaintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.

• Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Take and process orders in an accurate manner

• Science Graduate/ Diploma /BBA
