Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• GTM & Strategy Execution: Assist with territory planning, target allocation, and tracking execution against sales goals.
• Techno-Commercial Proposals: Coordinate with Technical, Finance, and Sales teams to deliver timely RFPs, tenders, and proposals.
• Sales Coordination: Act as the central liaison between field sales and internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• CRM Governance & Tracking: Enforce CRM data discipline, maintain document repositories, and drive pipeline follow-ups.
• MIS & Analytics: Prepare sales dashboards, pipeline reports, and target-vs-achievement metrics for leadership.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Credential: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (B.Tech + MBA preferred) with 3–6 years of experience.
• Industry Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales operations, EPC, Infrastructure, or Renewable Energy.
• Skills: Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot), advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tender bidding processes.
• Mindset: Highly organized, detail-driven, and skilled in cross-functional communication.
