Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Sales Team, Customers, Godown and Accounts Department.
• Follow up on pending orders, dispatches and deliveries.
• Maintain daily sales records and update Excel reports.
• Coordinate with sales executives regarding customer requirements and order status.
• Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding amounts when required.
• Handle customer queries and provide order-related information.
• Maintain customer and sales-related data accurately.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
• Coordinate with the godown team to ensure products are available and dispatched on time.
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
