Sales Coordinator

Introduction

Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations to support the sales team and business needs in Hong Kong & Macau.

What you’ll be doing?

Order processing & administration

• Manage order processing for devices and consumables, handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for the sales and service team, including order data entry and document filing.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to arrange deliveries and follow up on shipment status.

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma or above with 3 years of relevant work experience; or university graduates.
• Minimun 3 years of experience in operations, sales support or customer service roles
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in processing devices & consumables orders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in ERP, SAP and CRM system
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer focus: commitment to high service levels and timely issue resolution
• Operational excellence: detail-oriented, well-organized, and execution-focused
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Self-motivated and good team spirit
