Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, follow-ups and coordinating with the internal team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls and emails.
• Prepare quotations and other sales documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and quotations.
• Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams.
• Maintain customer and sales records.
• Prepare basic sales reports and MIS.
• Update daily follow-up and enquiry status.
• Assist the sales team in achieving their targets.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Perform other sales coordination activities as required.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher to 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support or similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates from engineering, manufacturing, construction or industrial products background will be preferred.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
• B.Com / BBA / BMS / BE / B.Tech or equivalent qualification

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
