Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives trough facebook page and facebook marketplace
• Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
• Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails and chats.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Assist the Sales representative
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

• Preferably 6 months and above of sales experience
• Preferably has FB/Marketplace handling experience
• Has fast typing skills proven
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
