SALES COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our sales department, responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring seamless coordination between our sales team, customers, and internal departments. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist on customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist sales representative in preparing quotations & follow-up.
• Proactively follow up with the customers quotation and incoming sales order.
• Assist on customer issues and concerns, escalating to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Monitor order status and address any issues that may arise during the fulfilment process.
• Collaboration between sales representatives and other internal departments.
• Keep informed customer about relevant updates, promotions, and product information.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
• Able to speak in Mandarin & English will be an added advantage
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
