Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Central City Tower, 32nd Floor, Bangna Nuea, Bangna, Bangkok, Thailand
Working Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:30 PM or 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Process orders internally after sales confirmation.
• Coordinate with related departments on agreed product specifications, sample sending, packaging, shipment information, etc., to ensure shipments are on time.
• Assist customers with any information requests by obtaining them from related departments.
• Contact with foreign customers.
• Develop new customers and suppliers.
• Responsible for tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in international business management, marketing, management, or any related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English speaking is a must.
• Skills in communication, multitasking, prioritization, and management.
• High level of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Service-minded, open-minded, and eager to learn and develop oneself.
