Position - Sales Coordinator

Location - Jasola, New Delhi

Exp - 5-10years

CTC - upto 5LPA

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Order Management

2. Sales target coordination - Track daily/weekly/monthly sales against targets and coordinate with Sales Managers/Field Executives

3. Distributor Management - Maintain distributor database, opening/closing stock, outstanding payments, schemes and order status

4. Stock & Inventory Coordination - Monitor SKU-wise stock, fast/slow-moving products, stock-outs and near-expiry/expiry products; coordinate with warehouse

5. Sales MIS & Reporting - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, distributor-wise and product-wise performance reports

6. Field Sales Support - Provide sales executives with stock availability, price lists, schemes, targets, customer data and sales reports

7. Scheme & Promotion Coordination - Maintain records of schemes, discounts, promotional offers and incentives; coordinate implementation with distributors

8. Outstanding & Payment Follow-up - Coordinate with distributors/accounts team regarding outstanding payments and credit limits

9. Documentation & Compliance - Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, schemes, distributor documents and approved product information

10. Maintain Attendance of the field sales staff, cross check & maintain achievement vs Target sales reports of each field staff.
