We are looking for a **Sales Coordinator** with experience in handling **B2B and B2C customers** in a corporate sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with sales teams and customers for day-to-day requirements.

* Handle B2B and B2C customer queries and follow-ups.

* Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

* Maintain customer records and sales reports.

* Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.

* Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Requirements

* 2–3 years of experience in **Sales Coordination / Sales Support**.

* Experience handling **B2B & B2C customers**.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

* Candidates with corporate sales experience preferred.
