Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) to the Principal
• Prepare Purchase Orders for vendors.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team to arrange shipping and delivery.
• Monitor ordering systems and track shipment status and details.
• Review and process invoices received from the Principal, ensuring all information is accurate.
• Compile and submit the necessary documentation to the Principal.
• Coordinate with the Principal to facilitate the submission of test reports and certifications to customers.
• Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely completion of all related activities.
• Prepare deal sheets for Parts & Equipment (P&E) Purchase Orders.
• Oversee and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Prepare tax invoices and ensure they are issued accurately.
• Consolidate tax invoices for submission to sales personnel.
• Review and implement budget revisions when required.
• Manage a high volume of emails and provide timely responses.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Project teams to support business activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or any related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales admin/ coordinator.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
