Sales Coordinator

Join our team as a Sales Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our sales and fulfilment operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with customers, the sales team, and production to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

What you’ll do

• Track sales orders and coordinate the purchase of sales materials
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
• Monitor stock levels and arrange timely inventory replenishment
• Issue job sheets to the production team for confirmed orders
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to support smooth deliveries
• Maintain accurate records using accounting or sales software

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a related role
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with customers
• Familiarity with accounting or sales software such as SQL or AutoCount
