SALES COORDINATOR

About the role

Support the Sales team by managing quotations, coordinating orders, following up with Operations and assisting with customer enquiries and payment collection. You will work across Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Finance to make sure every quotation, order and payment is properly followed up and completed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up sales quotations accurately and promptly
• Assist Sales in replying to customer enquiries and requests
• Follow up orders with Operations and Warehouse to ensure smooth processing and delivery
• Coordinate product availability, order details and customer requirements
• Follow up outstanding payments and assist Sales with payment collection
• Monitor pending quotations, orders, deliveries and payments
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Finance
• Assist the Sales team in day-to-day coordination and follow-up

About you

• Experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Admin, Purchasing, Customer Service or similar roles is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• F&B, kitchen equipment, trading or distribution experience is an advantage
