Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Coordination

* Support the sales team in handling customer enquiries and quotations.

* Prepare and follow up on freight quotations, including ocean freight, air freight, trucking, customs clearance and other logistics services.

* Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, transporters, warehouses and internal departments to obtain rates and operational information.

* Follow up with customers on quotations and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.

2. Customer Service

* Maintain good relationships with existing customers and respond to their enquiries promptly.

* Understand customers’ shipment requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.

* Handle customer requests, complaints and operational issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.

* Provide regular shipment and quotation updates to customers.

3. Documentation & Administration

* Prepare sales quotations, rate sheets and related documents.

* Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and bookings.

* Update customer and sales information in the company’s system.

4. Coordination with Operations

* Work closely with the Operations and Documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.

* Coordinate shipment details such as vessel schedules, cut-off dates, container requirements, delivery arrangements and customs clearance.

* Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately to the relevant parties.

5. Business Development Support

* Assist outdoor sales representatives with customer follow-ups and sales activities.

* Identify potential customers and business opportunities.

* Support the preparation of sales proposals and rate comparisons.
