Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Process orders, generate quotations, and follow up on payments from clients.
• Manage customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide back office support for sales operations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including orders processed, quotes issued, and payments received.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing sales orders, generating purchase orders (POs), and booking tickets.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
• Strong understanding of order processing, payment follow-up, and quotation generation processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective enquiry management and follow-ups with customers.
