Sales Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

• Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of services.
• Prepare and then follow up on any sale quotation made for customers, negotiate terms with the customers at a cost best suited for the company.
• To assist sales team, focusing mostly on managing delivery schedule and the distribution on any sales documentation.
• Efficiently respond to any email or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Liaise between other department and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer needs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 years working experiencein Sales/Marketing job scope. However, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work with other departments to achieve Company's objective and targets.
• Able to support communication with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Readiness to travel and possess own transport.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
