Sales Coordinator

For our affiliate in Hong Kong, we are seeking dynamic personality with strong willingness to provide excellent sales support to sales team and regional Asia customers.  Also, with pro-actively communicate in both written and direct telephone calls (primarily English, and also mandarin) with inter-/intra companies and global factories, as well as with regional customers.

Sales Coordinator 

Job Description:

• Active sales through advice and support for customers by phone and email
• Liaise closely with sales team
• Register order into system
• Responsible for sales processing and follow up
• Coordinate shipment and delivery
• Maintenance of customer price lists with Sales
• Handle customer complaints with Quality department
• Monitor credit line limit, follow up payment schedule with customers
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• HKDSE above; 3 years related working experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Good in spoken / written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in handling international shipment and logistics are an advantage
• Willing to learn, open-minded, flexible, responsible and self-motivated
• SAP working experience is highly preferred
• Immediate availability is an advantage
