About the role

IMV INTERNATIONAL MICRO VILLAGE INC. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless coordination between our sales team and clients. As Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales department, managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing

• Coordinating sales activities and maintaining organised schedules for sales team members and clients
• Processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner
• Managing customer enquiries and providing support throughout the sales process
• Preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and clients
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
• Liaising between the sales team, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Providing administrative support to sales managers and executives
• Handling correspondence and managing email communications professionally
• Assisting with marketing materials and promotional activities as required

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in business administration or related field is preferred
• Proven experience working in a sales support, administrative assistant, or similar role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Professional demeanour with excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
