• Manage existing key accounts and ensure regular order generation

• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle customer queries and complaints

• Maintain organised digital and physical sales records and files

• Prepare and maintain Sales MIS and regular sales reports

• Conduct tele-sales and follow up with customers for orders

• Coordinate with field sales teams to track customer coverage, order booking, supplies, and payment collection

• Coordinate with other departments for sales presentations and customer requirements

• Organise and maintain sales data and prepare required reports

• Maintain inventory of sales presentation materials, brochures, and presentation folders
