What they need
Sales Coordinator
- Salary Range: S$2,800 basic - S$3,300 basic + Variable Bonus
- Company Industry: Food Importer and Distributor
- Working location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Days/Timings: Monday - Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, orders, feedback, and complaints.
- Monitor customers’ ordering patterns and recommend stock replenishment.
- Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support promotional activities, pricing updates, and field sales operations.
- Handle incoming calls and perform general sales administration and filing.
- Perform other duties assigned by the S&M Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Admin or relevant
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator
