What they need
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate & process Sales Orders in the CRM system, such as Zoho.
Collect, verify, and maintain Customer Purchase Orders & KYC documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility, order processing, billing, & invoicing.
Required Candidate profile
2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Order Management, or a similar role.
Experience in the Telecom / ISP industry is preferred.
Strong in MS Excel, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
