Sales Coordinator

The Opportunity

At Mand Management, we're looking for a Sales Coordinator with the confidence to speak to people and the drive to keep improving. You'll play a direct part in customer acquisition, turning conversations into commercial results while keeping the customer experience professional.

Previous sales experience isn't essential. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, sport or fundraising, you may already have skills that transfer well.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Coordinator

• Start conversations with prospective customers and build rapport
• Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services
• Handle questions and objections professionally, closing sales where appropriate
• Develop strong product and service knowledge
• Track your performance and work towards individual and team targets
