Sales Coordinator

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, dispatch, accounts, and other departments to ensure timely order processing.
• Track sales orders and provide customers with regular updates on order status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, appointments, and customer visits.
• Monitor pending enquiries, quotations, and orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Perform other sales administration and coordination activities as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
