Sales coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and quick-learning Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid merchandising / sales order follow-up (跟單) experience and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the crucial hub connecting sales, clients, and external vendors (designers/suppliers) to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.

Job Descriptions:

• Multi-tasking & Order Follow-up: Handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, tracking progress from product data collection to final delivery.
• Vendor & Scope Management: Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers), manage project scopes, and ensure clear communication between all parties to prevent misunderstandings.
• Data & Version Control: Maintain accurate master databases (product Excel files), ensuring details are complete and verified before passing to design teams or clients.
• Quality & Process Gatekeeping: Review vendor drafts, check for missing information, and ensure output meets standards before sending to clients.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotations, handling client inquiries, and administrative support.

 Requirements:

• High diploma above is recommended
• At least 1-3 years experience in sales jobs in related field
• Proven experience in sales coordination, merchandising, or order follow-up (跟單經驗)
• Relevant experience in interior design / material supplier field / art related industry is an advantage
• An excellent professional presentation and strong organizational ability
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel for managing complex product information
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
