Sales Coordinator

1. Accept and follow-up orders, update prices, stocks availability status, and delivery status of all customers in the assigned area.
2. Create Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
3. Coordinate with Head Miller about production planning and monitor warehouse inventory and product aging.
4. Help follow-up customers regarding Customer Accreditation Form (CAF) documents.
5. Coordinate with field sales personnel for customer concerns and complaints.
6. Prepare sales reports and other required reports for management.
7. Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding customers’ credit line and status.
8. Review customers’ accounts and help follow up on payments, applications and reconciliations.
9. Process Warehouse Stock Receipts, Return Delivery Orders, and Transaction Amendment Forms.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• A college graduate of any course
• with 1 year of experience in sales administration
• Proficient in Microsoft office softwares
• Knowledge and experience in SAP ERP system is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig and in compressed schedule
