About the role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team and coordinate customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Sales Manager with daily sales activities
- Prepare quotations and Sales Orders (SO)
- Receive and process customer Purchase Orders (PO)
- Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments
- Follow up on order and production schedules
- Arrange and coordinate deliveries with customers
- Update customers on order and delivery status
- Maintain proper sales documents and records
- Follow up on outstanding orders and other sales-related matters
About you
- Diploma or relevant working experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic business documentation
- Organised, responsible and able to follow up on tasks independently
- Experience in manufacturing or order processing is an advantage
