About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales team at WRN Health Incorporated in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth execution of sales initiatives. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales department, facilitating communication between clients, internal teams, and management whilst maintaining accurate records and supporting the achievement of our sales targets. This position is essential to our ability to serve our clients effectively and grow our market presence in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings, presentations, and client visits to ensure efficient use of sales team resources
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records with accurate information to support sales forecasting and reporting
• Processing sales orders, quotes, and proposals in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly filed
• Preparing sales reports, performance metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, organizing sales materials, and managing sales literature
• Liaising between clients, the sales team, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
• Following up on sales leads and ensuring timely communication with prospective clients
• Assisting with the coordination of sales events, promotional campaigns, and product launches
• Monitoring inventory levels of sales materials and ordering replacements as needed
• Supporting the sales team in achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the department

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional approach to interactions with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation
• Customer service orientation with a genuine commitment to supporting the sales team and meeting client needs
• Problem-solving mindset and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and business needs
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes is advantageous
• Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
• A medical sales background is a PLUS.
